• A brief summary of the work(e.g. how many doors / which rooms / lock type)

• Photos of the doors, frames and any existing locks/handles

For larger jobs (multiple doors, frame repairs/replacements), I’ll normally arrange a short site visit to measure and confirm specification before quoting.

This ensures doors, hardware and materials are specified correctly and the finished installation fits and operates as it should.
